An outline of how a righteous man walks in a sinful generation/ world from the book of Titus.


 

TITUS CHAPTER 1, 2 & 3

 

  • Not self-willed (stubbornness, disregard for others and their feelings), selfish
  • Be not easily angry
  • Do not partake in drinking alcohol
  • Be Gentle in all your conduct towards your wife and child/children
  • Reject lustful pleasures (Pornography, doomscrolling, etc)
  • Be sober-minded and upright in the sight of all as a man of God
  • Be holy and temperate
  • Speak sound doctrine and the word. Rely only on truth, not perspectives
  • Think before you speak and choose your words carefully
  • Be faithful unto God and unto your family (spouse).
  • Practice godliness in the home towards your family.
  • Be not easily irritated and be meek and gentle (a soft answer turns away anger. Pro. 15:1)
